Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 29 June 2023, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023, the Company received  from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its seat in Warsaw acting on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - shareholder of the Company ("Notifier"), a recommendation of Mr Konrad Miterski for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company ("Candidate").
In the appendix the Company provides the Candidate’s CV received from the Notifier (in Polish language).
The Notifier informed, that the Candidate meets the independence criteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
