The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby announces that the Company received annex of 25.04.2019, executed by Santander Bank Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter, the “Bank”), to agreement of 2 April, 2012, for bank guarantee limit.

The subject-matter of the annex consists, in particular, in a change in the amount of the bank’s commitment to provide, acting upon instruction/order from the customer, guarantee of up to PLN 65,000,000.00 over the availability period (which has been extended until 30 May, 2020), of the following guarantee types: guarantee for payment of all lease liabilities, and lease performance guarantees.

In connection with the said annex, the Company is obliged to provide a statement on submission to court enforcement procedure conducted pursuant to Article 777 §1 Item 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure, with the content as agreed with the Bank.

Apart from the above, the said annex contains provisions typical of agreements of this kind.

There are no links of any type either between the Company and the Bank or between the individuals managing or supervising the Company and the Bank.
