Information on the creation of a provision affecting the 2025 results

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby informs of the recognition, in the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, of an accounting one-off having a material impact on the operating result for 2025, including on the results for the fourth quarter of 2025.
As of 31 December 2025, the Company created a provision in the amount of PLN 40.6m (recognized in the other operating costs) in connection with the proceedings by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (President of UOKiK”), about which the Company informed in the current report no. 6/2026 of 21 January 2026.
The Company has undertaken cooperation with the President of UOKiK in the course of the aforementioned proceedings, including submitting an application for the issuance of a decision pursuant to Article 28 of the Act of 16 February 2007 on Competition and Consumer Protection (the so-called commitment decision). The value of the created provision is an estimate and may change depending on the further course of the proceedings and the final form of a decision that may be issued by the President of UOKiK.
The final impact of the above-mentioned event on the financial results of the Company and the Company's Capital Group for 2025, including the fourth quarter of 2025. will be presented in the consolidated financial statements of the Group, the publication of which is scheduled for 20 March 2026.
