Subject: Execution of an annex to credit agreement with Santander Bank Polska S.A. (previous business name: Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.)

In reference to Current Report of 18 July, 2012, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby announces that the Company received annex of 25.04.2019 to multi-purpose and multi-currency credit facility line, executed by Santander Bank Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter, the “Bank”).

The scope of the annex includes in particular: a) amending the availability period of the granted overdraft by extending it until 30 May, 2020; and b) amending the availability period for the granting of the guarantee by the Bank on the basis of order / instruction from the Company and extending it until 30 May, 2020; and

In connection with the said annex, the Company is obliged to provide a statement on submission to court enforcement procedure conducted pursuant to Article 777 §1 Item 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure, with the content as agreed with the Bank.

Apart from the above, the said annex contains provisions typical of agreements of this kind.

There are no links of any kind either between the Company and the Bank or between the individuals managing or supervising the Company and the Bank.
