Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 20 April 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related to Mr. James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 1,131 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share on 19 April 2022.
