The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 10 March 2026 ("General Meeting"):

1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 327,000 shares representing 327,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 17.29%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.91%;
2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 315.267 shares representing 315.267 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 16.67%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.55%;
3) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 225,633 shares representing 225.633 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 11.93%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.84%;
4) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień - 187,300 shares representing 187,300 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 9.90%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.67%.
5) Government of Norway - 148,432 shares representing 148,432 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 7.85%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.50%.
6) Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 121,757 shares representing 121,757 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3.69%.
