Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 29 April 2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 12,500 shares in the Company at PLN 817.00 per share on 28 April 2021. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
