Recommendation of candidates for members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 6 of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 10 March 2026, as referred to in the Company's report No. 12/2026 of 11 February 2026, the Company received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. acting on behalf of Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – shareholder of the Company ("Notifier"), recommendations of Mr Piotr Kaczmarek and Mr PJacek Osowski for independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Company ("Candidates").

According to the received statements, the Candidates have agreed to be candidates for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company and stated, that they meet all criteria for candidates for the Member of Supervisory Board specified in Art. 129 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision. The full wording of the received statements (in Polish) and CVs from the Notifier are appendices to this report.
