Recall and appointment of Management Board Members for a new joint term of office

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 27 February 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed effective as of the end of 27 February 2025, all the existing members of the Management Board and, concurrently, effective as of 28 February 2025, appointed the following persons to serve on the Management Board of the Company for the next joint four-year term of office:
1. Ms Emilia Rogalewicz;
2. Mr Marcin Fojudzki;
3. Mr Marek Trepko;
4. Mr Adam Kędzierski;
and agreed that the Management Board will be composed of four persons.
The resumes of the members appointed to the Company's Management Board are appended to this report.
In accordance with the representations of the appointed members of the Company's Management Board, they do not conduct activities competitive to the Company, nor do they participate in a competitive company as partners in a civil partnership, a partnership or as members of a governing body of a competitive company, and they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained pursuant to the provisions of Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] of 2017, item 700).
