The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company" or “Issuer”) in reference to the reports No: 80/2025 of 31 December 2025, 7/2026 of 21 January 2026, 8/2026 of 26 January 2026 and 10/2026 of 10 February 2026 hereby announces that it has been informed that the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") issued a statement No. 143/2026 of 10 February 2026, in which the KDPW decided to assimilate in the depository system on 16 February 2026 25,300 ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer under the code PLBNFTS00174 with shares of the Issuer traded on the stock exchange under the code PLBNFTS00018.
