Subject: Quarterly information on the number of active sports cards

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, in reference to current report No. 24/2016 of 20^th July, 2016, states that at the end of the 4^th quarter of 2016 the number of active sports cards amounted to 804,800 cards (including 744,100 cards in Poland and 60,700 cards on foreign markets). At the end of the 4^th quarter of 2015, the number of sports cards amounted to 638,300 cards (including 613,500 cards in Poland and 24,800 cards on foreign markets). The increase in the number of sports cards managed over the last 12 months amounts to +130,600 cards on the Polish market and 35,900 cards on foreign markets, which constitutes an increase respectively of 21.3% on the Polish market and 144.5% on foreign markets compared to the end of the 4^th quarter of 2015.
