HOW DOES IT WORK?

The MultiTeatr vouchers allow you admission to selected theatrical performances, depending on your individual preferences and needs. We give you access to the cultural offering of many theaters – it is up to you where and when to go, and what theater performance to see. You can redeem your voucher via: www.multiteatr.pl or right at the ticket box of the theater in our partner network.

 

Planning a visit to a theater? Find out how to redeem your voucher – it’s easy!

 

Go to: www.multiteatr.pl, choose the theater, then select the performance you’d like to see and use the interactive seating plan to pick your seat.

Enter the voucher code and follow the next steps to complete the process.

Get the electronic ticket – you will find it in your inbox.

Print out the ticket and bring it with you to the theater.

You will be able to enter the performance when the code from the ticket printout is scanned so you need to present it at the ticket box

Enjoy the performance and being close to high culture!

Don’t want to download and print out the ticket? You don’t have to! You can exchange the voucher code for the ticket right at the ticket box before the show you selected. Keep in mind though that you might risk your seat on a given day.

You can redeem the vouchers in our partner network. The offer includes (but is not limited to) renowned theaters, philharmonic halls and opera houses in Warsaw, Wrocław, Krakow or Szczecin. Check the list of places you can visit with a voucher.

How can I use the MultiTeatr voucher?

You can redeem the voucher in two ways – either right at the ticket box at the theater or on our website at: www.multiteatr.pl. In both cases, you have access to the exact same repertoire. It takes a few simple steps to redeem your voucher on our website at: www.multiteatr.pl. Once you’ve selected the theater/performance/date/seat in the audience, you need to give the number of your MultiTeatr voucher. Upon successful verification of your voucher, you need to give your details and e-mail address so that the PDF tickets to the show can be automatically sent to you. When you receive your tickets, print them out and show them to the theater staff before you enter the auditorium.

Please contact us at info@multiteatr.pl. For verification purposes, in the message we will ask you to provide the number of the voucher that was used.

Unfortunately, there is no such option. The expiry date of a voucher is predetermined and cannot be extended.

After using a MultiTeatr voucher, there is no possibility to cancel or exchange a ticket for another performance/date.

Yes, MultiTeatr vouchers are bearer vouchers and are the perfect gift for loved ones.

Unfortunately, there is no such option.

Vouchers must be exchanged for a ticket before the expiry date. Each voucher is valid for three (3) months. Vouchers can, however, be exchanged for a performance which takes place later than the expiry date of the voucher.

The expiry date can be found in the e-mail and on the front side of the paper vouchers.
