In the 16th edition of the competition, Benefit Systems was once again recognised for its employee-centred activities, including general working conditions, incentive system, career path and activities supporting a healthy and active daily lifestyle.

The aim of the Reliable Employer competition is to award the best employers in Poland who offer interesting HR solutions. Benefit Systems received the Reliable Employer 2018 award in the nationwide category. The Jury of the competition once again recognised the employee-centred activities of Benefit Systems, giving the highest marks to working conditions, timeliness of payments, social conditions, career paths, recruitment processes, and CSR.
The Jury also reviewed the strongly developed employee motivation system, the internship/apprenticeship program, activities supporting a healthy and active lifestyle (including the Good Life Workshops, Good Mood Academy, sports activities and sports teams), supporting employee initiatives, employee volunteering (Good MultiDeed), the BS_Way code of ethics, and the company’s initiatives for the elderly (the MultiSport Senior program) and children (the MultiSport Active Schools Program).

Benefit Systems S.A. has been operating on the Polish market since 2001, and since 2011 has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The MultiSport card - the company’s key product was launched in 2004 and within a dozen or so years it has become one of the most popular benefits in Poland. The sports cards provide access to nearly 4,000 sports and recreational facilities in over 650 cities throughout the country. In an effort to develop its offer and improve the quality of services on the fitness market, the company carries out a number of activities to support customers, partners and card users. The MultiSport program has also been successfully implemented in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria, where the number of sports card users is systematically growing. A subsidiary was also launched this year in Croatia.
