After 6 years Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder leaves the Management Board of Benefit Systems


Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, acting as a Board Member and CFO, has resigned from her position today, explaining her decisions by personal reasons. She was a Management Board Member since May 13, 2013, during the period of intensive development and growth of the Benefit Systems Capital Group, operator of the popular MultiSport programme. During this time, she was responsible for strategic financial and investment matters of the company, investor relations and the legal area.

During her work on the Management Board, the number of MultiSport cards in Poland increased from 418,000 in 2013 to 1,046,000 today, and the company's capitalisation increased from PLN 580 million to PLN 1.85 billion. At that time, in addition to the development of the flagship MultiSport product, the BS Capital Group carried out a strategic investment programme in the field of fitness and started operating on foreign markets. Thanks to her, the company received several business awards and distinctions (e.g. midWIG Company of the Year 2018) as well as those connected with ​​corporate social responsibility – Benefit Systems is the only Polish company with the B Corp certificate.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to thank Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder for “six years of very intense, successful and demanding work on building the value of the Benefit Systems company and the Capital Group, for introducing the highest quality standards in implemented business strategies and a professional approach to performed duties and carried out investment projects”. At the same time, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to wish Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder many successes in her further career.
