Paweł Markowski - a new member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems


On 25 November 2014, the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems appointed Paweł Markowski as a member of the Management Board responsible for the development of the Company’s new products.

Paweł Markowski is a manager experienced in implementing and strengthening the position of innovative products on the market and in a comprehensive support of companies that are developing. His knowledge and experience will provide our Company with significant support in further development and strengthening the offer in the segment of new products. This offer is intended to provide employers with access to modern and comprehensive incentive programs supporting the development, balance, and commitment of employees representing different generations, says Tomasz Józefacki, President of the Management Board of Benefit Systems.

Paweł Markowski is responsible for the development of new products of Benefit Systems, in particular the MultiBenefit incentive program. The appointment of a new member of the Management Board is related to the decision of the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. to start a process of changes in the organisational structure of the Group. As part of the changes, a new entity will be separated from Benefit Systems S.A. that will gather in itself all the new products and services of the Company, which are not related to the MultiSport program. The new entity will be managed by Paweł Markowski.

Paweł Markowski has many years of experience in the implementation and development of new products. Until now, he served as a member of the Management Board of the Zelmer Group (currently the BSH Group), where he was responsible for the development of new products (Zelmer, Ufesa, Profilo, and Pitsos brands). In 2008-2010 he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of the development strategy of the Zelmer Group, under which the Group has implemented nearly 300 new products and built the export business now representing more than 50% of revenues. Earlier, he was the Managing Director of BPI Poland, a consulting company specialising in development strategies and management systems. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently he also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of the UNIBEP Group.
