The Benefit Systems team has been joined by Grzegorz Haftarczyk, who took the position of the advisor to the Management Board on foreign expansion.

Grzegorz Haftarczyk, who has extensive experience in the implementation of new products and solutions, will support Benefit Systems in terms of the development of the Company in foreign markets, including further development of the branch in the Czech Republic.

He is an experienced manager who was responsible for the strategy of the company and the creation and implementation of new projects, including, among others, in the area of e-commerce. His competences in this area provide strong support for Benefit Systems, which continuously develops its offer based on online platforms including, among others, MultiKafeteria and MyBenefit cafeteria systems, and the MultiBenefit incentive program.

Grzegorz Haftarczyk has extensive experience in the implementation of new products and solutions – for many years he has been engaged in the development of the media industry in Poland. In the years 2005-2014, he was Vice-President of the Polskapresse Group, earlier on he was the President of Polskapresse Cracow Press branch, served as the President of Parkiet Media SA (publisher of the “Parkiet Gazeta Giełdy” newspaper), and also was also the Vice-President at Polskapresse of the Baltic Press branch.
