When I joined Benefit Systems, it was still kind of a family company. It already had several dozen employees at the time, but everyone knew each other. There were times when we went out together to celebrate the birth of our colleague’s child. For such a group, it was still possible to celebrate such events together within the company.

At the beginning of my work here, I was greatly inspired by James van Bergh, who was the CEO and founder of Benefit Systems; he was always smiling, kind and open to other people. James and many other people with whom I have worked continue to create the great atmosphere in the company.
